SOURCING CELLS

Our cells come from a single sample of a chicken egg. The cells grow continuously, meaning that beyond the single sample we never involve animals in our meat production.

We replicate the conditions the cells need to grow naturally, giving them minerals, vitamins and amino acids. We grow them in large tanks where we control the heat and oxygen - technology similar to fermentation, used to create beer, bread and yoghurt.

thIRDLY

& VOILA!

Once the cells have grown we remove them. They have the same taste, smell and nutrition as traditional meat and are perfect for use in pet food.
